NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT OF CEMETERY LOTS
The City of Sidney, Nebraska, the owner and operator of Greenwood Cemetery, hereby gives notice to heirs and near relatives or any other interested persons, that the following described real estate is declared abandoned by the City of Sidney due to continued failure to maintain or care for said lot for a period of ten or more years.
