It is illegal to dump your trash into City refuse containers unless you have paid the established collection fee per Ordinance 1060.11 and 1060.99, with fines up to $5,000 for each offense. Ord. 5/28/1996

Landfill Saturday Schedule

The Sidney Solid Waste Department Landfill will be open the 2nd Saturday of each month beginning in April thru October from 8 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
