UPDATE ON 13TH AVENUE UNDERPASS:
Chrisman Construction will be in Sidney on Tuesday, March 11, around 9:00 am to take out a small section of the underpass wall to determine the existing rebar size. They plan on breaking out a 1-2' section of the wall and will have to have traffic flagged while doing so. The City Street Department will be on hand.
Chrisman's will have an inspector on-site while they are working. It shouldn't take more than a few hours to complete.
The full project for the work on the underpass is scheduled to begin on March 17.
