Sealed Bids for the 13th Avenue Underpass Repair Project, will be received by Lori Borchert, City Clerk at City Hall, 1115 13th Avenue, or mailed to PO Box 79, Sidney, NE 69162 until 9:30 A.M., (Local Time) November 12, 2024 and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the removal of two retaining wall panels, railing, and pavement. Construction and installation of precast or Cast-In-Place concrete panels, fabrication and installation of railing and approximately 60 square yards of 8-inch pavement, 200 square feet of sidewalk and related work.
All bidders must be on the M.C. Schaff and Associates plan holders list in order to be considered a responsible bidder. Bidders will be added to the list once Contract Documents have been obtained.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of M.C. Schaff & Associates located at 818 South Beltline Highway East, Scottsbluff, NE 69361 upon payment of $50.00 for each set, none of which will be refunded.
