Sealed Bids for the Sidney WWTP Building 200 Improvements for the City of Sidney will be received by the City Clerk, at City Hall 1115 13th Avenue, or mailed to PO Box 79, Sidney, NE 69162 until 10:00 A.M., Mountain Time, October 15, 2024, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the removals of the existing influent pumps, bar screen, bypass channel slide gate frame, and grit classifier; installation of City procured influent pumps, bar screen and wash press, bypass channel slide gate, and grit classifier; associated bypass pumping and screening; and related work.
All bidders must be on the M.C. Schaff and Associates plan holders list in order to be considered a responsible bidder. Bidders will be added to the list once Contract Documents have been obtained.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of M.C. Schaff & Associates located at 818 South Beltline Highway East, Scottsbluff, NE 69361 upon payment of $50.00 for each set, none of which will be refunded.
Bid security in the form of a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond of 5% of the bid is required and should be made payable to the City of Sidney, Nebraska.
