The purpose of the City of Sidney’s Downtown Revitalization Program is to rehabilitate and revitalize the buildings and structures located in Sidney’s historic downtown and certified creative district in order to support existing businesses, to provide a healthy, vibrant downtown district, and to attract new residents, new businesses and new investment.
