Proposal specifications may be obtained by calling City of Sidney at (308) 254-5300. Proposals shall be sent to City of Sidney, Attn: City Clerk, P.O. Box 79, Sidney, NE 69162, in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Request for Proposal, Crack Sealing for the City of Sidney Street Department”. The City of Sidney reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities or informalities and to award the proposal as deemed in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
