The employees of the City of Sidney are hosting a Trunk or Treating event on Hickory Street Square on Halloween afternoon, October 31st, from 3:30 PM until 7:00 PM. Various city vehicles and employees will be celebrating the Halloween spirit with costumes and decorations, with gifts and treats for all who stop by. Ghost and ghouls and music will fill the street in this fun, free, safe and drug-free environment for kids (and adults!) of all ages.
