Citizen Inquiry is a tool that can be used to voice concerns or ask questions. The Citizen Inquiry form(s) should be used to report non-emergency issues or concerns. If you have an emergency situation, please call 911.
To use this system, begin by creating a user profile using the Login link. Once you’ve created your profile, you can submit items of concern using the form(s) below. After you have submitted a concern, a city staff member will review your submission and respond if needed. You can come back to this website to check on the status of your request by logging into the system using your profile information.
