Box 79, Sidney, NE 69162, in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Request for Proposal, Replacement of Greenwood Cemetery South Shop Roof Project”. The City of Sidney reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities or informalities and to award the proposal as deemed in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
